Policy compliance warning
I noticed on 'MY EBAY' Seller dashboard Summary Page my Policy compliance was indicated good but with a warning triangle sign. I clicked on the link and received this message "Your account is restricted and your attention is required". I got nervous and went over everything that could have put my account in restriction and found none. I called my power seller account manager. I was asked to verify my account with phone numbers, registered address, and email address. She then told me to ignore the little warning sign after she reviewed my account and found no restrictions and that it might not go away for 4-5 days until their new system works out all the kinks. The warning sign disappeared in 5 minutes. Just wanted all of you to be aware.. |
