ebay link paypal account

if i change the email adress of a paypal account wich i have been using to sell on an old ebay account can i use it on a new ebay account without it linking me to my old ebay account? the new email adress will be different so it wont get linked will it?

Everything you do needs to be NEW including its own user account.

Email, IP address, Tel number, addresses, Bank account and the list goes on needs to be new.
