hi:usually 30 days is avg, they do expire-but even though the alerts go away--they stay on your permanent record at ebay..

if i have 2 of the same kind of violations and get a tuturial, say copyrights, and it expires in 90 days. does that mean i can violate again after 90 days without geting suspensed immediately?

if not then it means it does not expire at all. anyone has been doing these long enough to know?

Looks like 3 months if the time period for expiration on MC019 and Vero infractions. Got one in January, didn't expire until April, got another on another account in March and it expires in June. Don' t know if it ever gets wiped from your total record.

It never gets wiped out! Once they flag you..they will watch you whenever you list and you may be limited for a long time how much and what you can sell... I know, it is terrible, specially when you get unjustified MC019.

good to know Lyda, so even letting them cool for the expiration period will not be any good, may as well go ahead and try listing on them and just taking it slow.

Although they never completly leave your account, you should still let the account rest for at least a month if you want it to last. Otherwise it is more then likely going to be suspended very soon.

I got hit with 2 MC019 on one of my accounts some time ago. I waited 3 months, and they got wiped. I am now selling more then before for a couple of months now and everything is dandy. You just have to wait it out and use other accounts.
