Quick selling limit question.

Hi,
I have an account with selling limits of 100 items or 3500gbp.

I made the account and was hit with the limits on 21st june.

My question is will I start with the next month of limits on the 1st of July? or the 21st of June?

Thank you

I re reviewed your question & I have revised my earlier reply having realised what you actually meant.
The 100 listings renews itself each calender month. Go into your My Ebay, click on selling & then scroll all the way to the very bottom of the page..... there are 4 columns that will say....start date...end date...used.....left followed by the numbers that pertain to you.

I hope that is clearer to you.

Limits are effective from the date you receive them.

Perhaps you misunderstood the question, and thought that he was asking something really obvious? It's obvious that limits are effective from when you register, lol. In fact he even acknowledged that himself already ("I made the account and was hit with the limits on 21st june.")!

He seemed to be asking when the limit would go back to 100 again, but presumably wrote 21st of June instead of 21st of July, so your response is not correct. Limits are reset on the first of the next month, regardless of when you register your account. Even if you were to do it on the 30th of June, your limits would be reset on 1st July. It's as simple as that.

Advice to Op revised & updated.

Ohhhhh....I did a rush job here...not good of me,well spotted though & I appreciate the correction.

The question could have been framed better by the Op.

I'll be more careful in future.

It's more prudent to ask for clarification rather than espousing an incorrect response.

True. I'll be more careful in future for sure.
