to 2eXclusiive: But a lot of tech support do that. Even back when lots of people used AOL, well AOL's livechat did that. They'd blame it on your and tell you to reboot so you get someone else.

i think ebay hired some homeless guys off the street in a foreign country pay them 50cents and hour and told them to help us out with our ebay questions/concerns doing that, they then called it a day.
