Cant sell on 4 years US ebay account.

I have a problem here i have an ebay account which created 4 years ago without selling anything and buying anything. Today i just link a credit card on it and create the seller account to do some listing. When i try to list something it say i cant list anything as my item limit is 0 and $0 on the total amount limit too. Someone have any clue on this?

Never seen anything like this. There isn't much anyone here can do for you in this situation. Your best bet is to give them a call and see what is wrong. And remember. This is a 4 year account. Don't sell something that will ruin it.
