about new ebay
 

one my friend give me his email and his ebay account my question is , if i make new paypal whit new card and add it to his ebay can i start selling ? Will i have problems ? did they will block me because paypal adreess is difirent from ebay adress ?

What happened to the Paypal account that was already linked to the Ebay account? Your new Paypal account needs to have the same details as the Ebay account (in theory) and I should think a Paypal account with those details already exists

if he didnt give you his PP account then why ?

perhaps there is a problem with it, i assume there was a PP attatched to the EB at some point in the past ?

think and tread carefully before creating any new PP for this EB

oh he didnt give me his paypal only ebay , so thats mean i cant use his ebay like a seller i should make new stealth i make new vcc from my bank and ill try to make new paypal and ebay but they should be whit same adress right?

yes they should be the same in theory as GT rightly says

2 PP accounts to one EB could raise an eyebrow somewhere,if you create a new pp to the old ebay remember also you will need to do all the verification procedures again and will encounter 21 day payment holds and may need to send (your friends) ID

why not

a, get his PP too

b, create a new (or several new) EB and PP in stealth details, im not sure if the eb account is a good account with lots of feedback or just "an account"

ill create a new PP and EB whit same and thats will be sure only problem is last time when i was create stealth they are block me and ask me verification by FAX what if this time get this again

i wouldnt do anything until you find out the status of the original PP account

if there is or has been a problem with that PP then using the same details is account suicide

id go all new details and full stealth

just make sure you have the ID documents ready to send them when they ask
