What do I need to sell from my Ebay account? (I'm from Mexico)

Hello, I buy a lot on ebay with my account (I have a PMB in US to receive stuff), and feedback over 55+ , but I wanted to see if I can use this ebay account to sell stuff, I guess it would be to everywhere, but I'd only be selling to the US. Do the account sellers have some alternative for this? let me know guys, I guess I could buy an account but remember that I'm in MX!!
