switching between stealth accounts

I was hoping someone can help me. I know that is it necessary to use a new IP to create each stealth accounts for ebay, but do I need to change my IP each time I log into each ebay or paypal account?

Since you are starting out, YES - switch IP everytime.

Different IP, different User for different accounts.

Keep track of the IPs used and do not use one IP that was used on a different user.
