Can I ever sell on ebay again with my real account?

Here is everything they sent me.

Attention!
We've noticed some activity on your account, and we need your help in verifying some information. We're sorry for this inconvenience, but while we're working things out with you, you'll have limited access to list new items on eBay.

Please proceed to your my eBay and follow the steps outlined in the email we sent you. Thanks for your attention to this matter.

Hello ----- -----,

Thanks for contacting eBay about the selling restriction of your
account. It’s my understanding that you would like to appeal this
selling restriction.

We apologize for the delay in replying to your email, we are
experiencing high email volume.

In reviewing your account, we've found that the appropriate action was
taken when making the decision to suspend your eBay activities. We will
not be overturning the suspension.

We've noted the following concerns:

-- Feedback questioning authenticity of items
-- eBay community members have reported concerns with the authenticity
of your items.
-- Your buyers have reported concerns with the authenticity of your
items.

These concerns cause negative buying experiences and are unfair to other
sellers who are following our policies and providing great customer
service.

The eBay User Agreement states that we'll suspend or terminate user
accounts if we believe a user is creating problems, possible legal
liabilities, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our
policies.

I know this wasn't the answer you were hoping for, but this is our final
decision. Please note that we may not respond to future inquiries about
this matter.

To read eBay's User Agreement, go to:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/user-agreement.html

Thank you for your time.

Regards,

So I have made some stealth accounts but I was just wondering if there is any way I could get my old/real account back because I never did anything wrong in the first place... Ok so I bought something for sale at bestbuy and then put it up on eBay for more because they were selling for more on eBay it was 5 pairs of headphones and then after I sold one someone on eBay said they were ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and then all 3 of these things happened.
-- Feedback questioning authenticity of items
-- eBay community members have reported concerns with the authenticity
of your items.
-- Your buyers have reported concerns with the authenticity of your
items. (He thought they were ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and wanted a refund because eBay emailed and told him they were ⊗⊗⊗⊗...)
I have the recipts and I was just wondering if there is anything I can do it has been over a year and I still can't sell on eBay with my real account.

Thanks :thumb:

going......going.......GOONNEEE!

It really is a shame to lose an account but you need to have a few under your belt for backups.

Selling ****** on your legit account is plain not smart at all.

Did you ever give them your SSN or any pertinent info?

That's only your own opinion. Sadly ebay thinks otherwise AND they have the upper hand

You sold headphones but did not check that they were REAL. Your requirements were to personally check the items you were selling were OK. Just because they were being sold on ebay that did not make them right. You needed to cec your supplier etc

Highly dubious you would get to sell again on this account:ranger:

Let's stop beating around the bush.

This account or accounts are all finished. You have been labelled as selling f*ke items (questionable authenticity). If you used your real info? Sorry but don't use that info again.

Time to go stealth - read around on how to do it. All the best.

You want to appeal eB decision? Phone em, e-mail, live chat, etc...attack hard and hope for the best.

I have 2 stealth accounts everyone and the items were 100% REAL and I have the paperwork to prove it. I was just wondering if there is anything I could do but I guess not.

⊗⊗⊗⊗ stuff.

No one said selling on a real account was bad.

Sandy D 07-12-2012 09:52 PM

I asked if you ever used your SSN on eb or pp before?

If you have/had paperwork you should have filed a immediate MC019 at the time of suspension.

Did you not consider this option?

Bear in mind we are trying to give working advise :ranger:

There really is no such thing as an account that isn't real. I hate it when people don't understand it is perfectly legal to do business under an assumed name. Why do you think Wal Mart isn't called Sam Walton store?

Sandy D 07-12-2012 11:55 PM

Good one FE.

So correct you are.
