please help with trouble buyer
 

Hi
i have a problem with a buyer
I sent an item and the buyer claimed to say its smelled
a shirt.
He first puts very mean feedback then emails me that he is sending
i email right away with solution
i never hear back
18 days later i get a mean email saying to pay him the money back now
i have not recieved the item back
and he ignored my email.
its been 50 days now
and i still have no item back that he claims to have sent
he now says that his post told him that it was delivered.
but where is the package
he also claims to call the police on me.
help....

1. What's the item worth?
2. Did he give you the tracking number?
3. Did you present the item correctly in the auction?

When you got 'mean' feedback you should have been chasing this buyer
If you are SO worried why did you do nothing for over one month?
Did you think this would go away?

When you get troubles. you have to do MORE than email buyers. You have to fight to protect yourself.
Post again with details of the value of the item, condition of it (new/used) & how it was sent.
How old is your account & what FB does it have

Only so much ADVICE we can give...you do need to get busy on these kind of cases before. Read around the forum for various cases of where people have dealt with rough buyers.
