My eBay Plan.

This is my plan let me know if its good.

So I make a new user account on my computer. Use the program Tor to change my IP. . Use VoxOx to redirect my phone number. Get a prepaid credit card. Create a new email address with Gmail using my new information. Make a Paypal with the new information, and the prepaid credit card info. Then make an eBay account using the new information.

Good so far....?

And when I make money from sells, I can just transfer than money to another Paypal account and withdraw it to my bank account.

Please let me know if my plan is good or not.:p

derbydave 07-14-2012 04:05 AM

why would you use Tor?

GreenBean 07-14-2012 04:41 AM

The plan is very flawed.

As a USA user ( depending on your flag being correct) you do not need TOR.
Other safer IP options exist.

Idea of transferring funds as you suggested is perilous. You create links & that is harmful.

What is behind this plan? What are you wanting to do?:juggle:

Well... whats wrong with TOR, and what are the other safter IP options? I can open a bank account and make transfers to there if thats safer. And my plan is only to sell, my other account got suspended.

Other than those things is my plan flawed in any other way?

rsot 07-15-2012 07:34 AM

Why dont you use dynamic IP rather than TOR? Use your phone as tether...or dongle.

ebabe 07-15-2012 09:06 AM

everything seems good untill you got to the paypal part, you mean you want to transfer funds from your new paypal account to your old paypal account?

also, remember to clear cookies and flash cookies, when I was overseas about 6 months ago I used my gf laptop to check my ebay, didnt know that my gf sister had also used her laptop to log on, her sister is a banded user, then I got banned, Dont make that mistake...something as simple as clearing cookies can save you months of having to build up all over again. Clearing cookies is VERY important, I used CCclearner for that.

also, when you get all your stuff in order, dont think your out of the woods, there will be a few more roadblocks that you will run into, you just have to knock em down.

Can someone please tell me why Tor is a bad option? Also I have a question when I use Vox to redirect my phone number, isn't it dangerious if the area code use to redirect the phone doesn't match the area code with the address I put, and my ip address won't match the address i entered either. So won't eBay catch those things.

First Edition 07-15-2012 08:43 PM

proxy services such as tor or hide my arse ip, for example, DO NOT WORK. I'm not savvy enough on the tech side to explain why, but basically paypal/ebay see that it's not a real ip address,

Area code doesn't matter... people move and change phone numbers often. I'm a firm believer in thinking paypal and ebay don't care if the ip isn't close to the address, others disagree, but I've got years of experience to back it up.

The ip needs to be in the same country that your account is in. The phone number also... that's it. Don't use TOR.

Get the stealth guide.

If you don't believe me (or anyone else) well, let us know when you change your mind.

Simply stated and well put.

First Edition 07-21-2012 11:45 AM

Do you mean a new ip address? Any site that generates one is giving you a proxy, and it won't work. You have to use other means of changing your ip... such as resetting your modem, getting an additional connection, etc...

golden_monkey 07-23-2012 09:36 PM

TOR = BANNED
PROXY = BANNED

wireless 4G is the new dial up modem............... get it.

rsot 07-24-2012 10:10 AM

Good emphasis on BANNED.

makaveliagain 07-29-2012 02:34 AM

Been using. strongvpn .com I just make the account with addresses based on the available IP Locations. Been working 4 years strong. I prefer tracfones as well. I don't like call forwarding because I run multiple stealth accounts and if they call me I might not be on my game as far as the account info goes.

bruckshut 07-29-2012 09:23 PM

do not use tor
inconsistent ip's of locations
probably not safe for logging in with account informations
some ip's are generally shared and banned due to the abuse of them.

yang77win 07-30-2012 03:35 AM

What about using a public ip? For example coffieshop and bookstores have free wireless access.
and what is your method for paying ebay fees, with stealth?

golden_monkey 07-30-2012 10:18 AM

they've got TOR's IP blocks listed and remembered... go creating accounts on a TOR ip and poof, you'll be canned faster then you can list your 1st item.

also TOR has a habit of putting you overseas......

it just has bad written all over it. :smash:

same goes with coffee shops and public access, not a solid plan.... unless your plan is to just screw around here and there.

I gave you your solution a few posts back.

shearerpipes 07-30-2012 10:21 AM

OP has not been on in like 2 weeks. lol no need to give helpful info to someone who don't respond or even log in and check it..

I actually do that with on account that I have. I use AUCTIVA to manage my listing but every other day I am in the parking lot of or in Starbucks using the WIFI on to get the PDF copy of shipping labels and answering questions. I pay all my fees with my Paypal account. Using free wireless access isn't a problem if you have you own laptop and use a separate Windows User account for each eBay/paypal stealth tandem. The cookies will tell eBay that you are using a trusted source and the fact that is WIFI shouldn't make a difference. The only thing is if you are running multiple stealth accounts it might not be the best idea to use the same WIFI Public Server for every account.

Shadowmoe7 07-30-2012 03:20 PM

Yeah tor banned
