2nd ebay?

i currently have 1 ebay account that is limited to only 15 items/ or $750 a month. can i create another account using my same info but change the email address and link it to my paypal? thanks

i am trying to sell more items. the items i sell are just toys. the ebay account is over 3 years old now. if it will just split it between two accounts then i would rather wait.
