Hard to say, but the one of the several main keys to getting back on, it being 100% stealth. You should explore the forums, buy the guide, and take your time with everything.
hey guys, haven't been selling on ebay since august of last year.. so almost a year now.
last thing i remember ebay changing was starting to limit how many listings you can have for new accounts.
anything crazy happen since then? just trying to catch up on any new stuff like that before i hop on my accounts and start selling again
paypal does 21 day olds on aged accounts
paypal does holds on OFF ebay transactions
More pertinent: if your accounts have been inactive do not rush to list. Accounts with little or no actitvity are getting soft limits util you prove yourself.
