Hi, after not being able to open a account due to old sellers fees I am using a relatives info on a new account, so far no problems. I have the relatives address in Connecticut and I reside in Florida, I have been shipping packages that have all been flat rate. I currently have a order to ship regular parcel post and the shipping from Florida is higher than what the cost is from Ct. Do I need to go to the post office and mail this or is there any way to still ship through Ebay. Thank you for your time.

If it is one pound or heavier it will be charged based on "zones". The closer the cheaper.

I would also like to add going to the post office will be more expensive, because you get free tracking for purchasing postage online.
