Default shutting down an ebay account before it gets suspended

ok for example if i have 2 ebay accounts,X account and Y account. all have about 100 feedback and they are linked due ip address or cookies etc. all of a sudden on X account i started to get negs, disputes and auctions pulled down. and you kno any day now your X account is going to get suspended. and your Y account is in good condition. if you X account gets suspended the Y account also will. so would it be a good idea if i shut account X to save account Y from suspension?

What is the actual link? Is it IP address or something else? Same name etc etc.
Why sacrifice an account with 100 FB?

I looked in my ebay seller dashboard today and I followed the rating on --Ebay Policy-- the thing said -good, no violations of ebay in the last 4 MONTHS--

From that I can infer that they may have a preset number of violations (for different things, different violations) within a 4 month period as a standard for account suspension.

So as hard as it may be, I think you should let them cool off for a bit, especially if they pre nov 2007 accounts.

In 2005 I had a couple of accts suspended for vero, and it took 4 veros before each acct was suspended. But that is old info and should be taken with grain of salt.
