will ebay allow?
 

my wife has a ebay account and i have a ebay account and we share the same ip address. i want to start selling the same kind of items(toys) on both accounts. i do have different user accounts set up on the computer. will ebay / paypal allow this?

Why would you want to do it and put two accounts at risk?

Sorry - crazy idea - if both accounts go down what is your back up plan?

thats why i am asking. i dont want to end up suspending both accounts because i thought something was ok to do

Don't do it - far too risky IMO

imho they'll suspend both accounts, maybe not right away but shortly for sure.

i guess (for some reason) you dont have the option/abilty to change your ip ?

if you can change it then you definitely shouldnt use the accounts with the same ip

although a call to ebay to inform them would allow you to do this officially

however as you are rightly told by GT if one goes they will both go

If the accounts are not made up i don's see here any problems.

Just my two cents

so if i log into my ebay/paypal account with a different IP every time this is ok and wont trigger any limits?
