I just got a listing pulled today for trademark infringement, I dont sell many vero items at all but the ones i do are 100% legit. When i got the violation notice there was no Vero member named in the notice, it just says my item was pulled ebya for blah blah blah.
does that mean it was just a member or competitor who turned me in and not Vero?

Yes eBay did pull it obviously but someone has to turn you in dont they for that type of violation?

If there is no competition then its most likely a stay at home mom. I was on the ebay forums and they talked about how they get joy from reporting listings. They post links in the forums and complain when they've reported the listing that why its still up etc. Ebay doesn't monitor the listings, if they do maybe 1% of the 13million listings.
