Was cleaning out my gmail account... and I chanced upon a forgotten account...

I'm in the UK though, and this account is from the time I was in Singapore.

Can I use it (it's in my name) after changing the country etc.

Does it have any obvious benefits like not holding money etc. or lesser paypal restrictions etc. I'm primarily a buyer though. Only sell occasionally.

If you are in the UK you will need to log in and change the details

After that treat it as a new account - tread lightly - could be useful
