Left +ve feedback on non paid item by mistake
 

I had about 6 items I needed to leave +ve feedback and used the leave feedback page where it shows all the people you can leave feedback on. I just rattled through them and clicked okay and feedback was left. That is when I noticed that I had left feedback on an account that the item hadn't been paid for.

The buyers them emails me that night saying he has saw I have left feedback and he wants to just make sure I got his payment as his computer crashed when doing it through PayPal, aye right. I informed him no payment had been received and he says he would do it that night, this was nearly a week past.

What can I do and do you think just a wee email reminding him to pay would do it?

resend the invoice with a polite note that you are waiting payment.

If they still dont pay, send the request to cancel the transaction then relist your item so you can get your FVF back.

Might pay once he see that as well.

Week past? Open a nonpaid buyer issue - stop mucking around...yes you left +ve feedback in error...happens, means nothing.

You may get a -ve feedback but only if does pay up. Keep on with your business and this question is done.

a wee email first is wise: as always good just to keep the buyer on side: although am aware a week has passed just give benefit of doubt one final time (who knows, he may have simply forgotten after a week/gone away (holiday period now) )

but no reply to that wee reminder email within 24 hours? don't waste any more time: file non-paid.
