Why is ebay calling me?

Ebay keeps calling me from time to time and I have not sold, bought, or done anything on the account. I already unchecked all the communications boxes months ago.

Could be anything from seeing how you are doing, if u need any help with your account, to give you advice. And so on and on. Wouldn't worry about it if you have not sold anything. Just answer and see what they want.
