Can you link a active current (priceless) Paypal account that was once linked to a suspended Ebay account to a new stealth Ebay account. The Paypal account has not been limited or restricted and has unlimited withdrawls. Thanks

you can not, it will be linked right away. you must start one from scratch to avoid being linked. all new info, new ip, etc...

It is no longer priceless for ebay usage because it got tainted by being associated with a suspended account. It can used for off ebay transactions

No, but I think you can close out the paypal account. Then 3 or 4 months down the road open a new one with the same bank account and information. I had a similar thing happen 3-4 years ago. I shut down the paypal. Then reused the info several months down the road on a brand new paypal. Haven't had any problems in the 3-4 years since.
