Merchant accounts

Are there any merchant accounts that does not have some form of a hold on payments after selling when you recently signed up with them that can be integrated into an ebay stealth account...

I don't believe so, every company that offers any of merchant service will have some kind of fund holds, why? because they don't know you from the thieves, scammers. Your just going to have to suck it up.
