I had this a couple times. All they want is is to talk to you and see how you are doing and your future plans with them... basically bunch of bs.

Had this happen to me once a long time ago. They just asked me if I would be listing in many different catagories and what my future plans were. Thats it. Took maybe 10 minutes. I dont know if every call is different though.

Anyone know what happens if you get this and DON'T call them?

You could try it and report back?

Elijah 11-18-2012 08:54 AM

That's not so helpful. He's wondering if anything bad could come about from not calling them. Why would he want to do that and potentially risk his account if somebody has already found out the hard way, and could prevent others from making the same mistake? And that's why he's asking... to see if anyone has not done it... and had something bad happen to them...

Yeah you get problems with the account, like suspension....

Are you non-US based? Might be difficult to call

The earlier posters didn't really specify much about the call other than it took around 10 minutes, "was a bunch of bs" and they asked about listing in different catagories and about future plans.

10 minutes actually is a long call though so I want to know if this is the type of call where they drill you on personal details, like your social security and mother's maiden name and the town you grew up in, or if that person was including hold time or something and this isn't that type of call at all.

I guess it may not be consistent--but if that message has been happening to people for a long time I'd assume there's a general feeling.

How much feedback do you have? And how much do you list on average in terms of items and amounts?
