Writing Apple in the title will likely "lead" you into trouble. - no pun intended....

Using the word iPhone in the title suffices and even if someone searches "Apple Iphone lead" your title of "iPhone lead" will get you found.

I found that as long as you dont claim the product is an officially licenced Apple product but rather compatible with Apple products, you should be ok. Like CASS said, I dont think there is need to include the word "Apple" in your listing, it might raise some flags.
