Ebay Power Seller--Rankings/ DSRS/ Violations allowed...
 

HI:
Heres a screen shot -as many folks have pm'd me to see exactly where ebay states you can have up to 5,6,7 violations in a 60 day period--
Heres one of my ps accts--allowed 5 violations..

That must be for the Silver level, because on one of mine it says 4 policy violations allowed in the last 60 days. --- Or maybe it is less violation leeway for non powersellers

My screen looks nothing like yours. It just says how many violations I've had and no warning about more. I'm a Bronze PS.

Funny, I had one account with 0 violations and 4 allowed. Then I had 1 listing removed, only 1...and the whole account was suspended. The "violations allowed" is worth nothing.

I think, (and my experience has been)--over the years--the "Violations" cannot be
the same Viloations/in other words ..Total Disregard--

If its #1--Vero, then #2 Vero again 2 days later-yes, they may suspend,
But, normally- they lift your PS status for 30 days after the 5 Viols,
i.e. #1-Vero , #2-copy someones photo, #3- keyword spam, #4-wrong category, #5- excessive ship/handling-i.e. avoiding ebay fees/circumvention..

Ive pretty much had them stick to the rules, when i stuck to the rules,,, paid my fees, kept buyers happy, etc..
So- maybe theyre changing up again??

Also, depending on the violation will depend on what status it says.

I've had 1 item removed for Vero, and 1 item removed for keyword spam. On copyright stuff, it says I'm failing, and my accounts it as risk of suspension. On keyword spamming, it says I'm doing a good job, and should continue as I'm going.

So clearly VERO is taken more seriously than anything else.

dont you just miss the golden years, where you could list as many VERO items as you like and you would never get suspended? Ah well them days are certainly over!
