eBay Policy Compliance

On one of my accounts i currently have a failing grade under the policy compliance and at risk of losing that account so i just stopped listing on that account all together.

My question is when will i get back to normal? Does it ever or will it get back to normal in 2-3 months?

Maybe, from what they put on their seller dashboard, they say they measure violations per 60 day period. So wait 60 days and get back to it? Not an expert on that.
