Selling a vehicle ... on a stealth account ... ?
 

I have a motorcycle that I was thinking about listing on eBay. My limits are $5k. The bike is worth more than that. What would happen if it went over the $5k in auction? Would ebay hold the difference in money? Furthermore, how would it work with paypal considering they "hold funds until item is delivered."

You don't accept PayPal for that sort of money.

The buyer can bring cash with him when he buys it. Simples.

With regards to your selling limits, all that'll happen is you won't be able to selling anything else that month, as you'll have hit your limits.

Exactly, you don't bring a butter knife (eb/pp), to a sword fight (customer and anything over $1000) LOL.

Sell it.
Meet up.
He inspects it.
He gives you cash.
You are both are happy.
