I am slightly confused. When I unplug my router for a few minutes and plug it back in and go to IP burger it shows that the IP address has changed at least slightly. Is this enough, or do I need to take additional steps? How do I ensure that there is a different IP for each user account on my computer? Thanks.

Yes slightly changed IP address is enough. Is it always like this or does the new IP is totally different sometimes?
To ensure that there is a different IP for each user you have to unplug/replug your router to have a new IP every time you log into a different user account. Keeping a log of your IPs is highly advisable.
If you want to keep the same IP for each user account you have to use one unique MAC address per user account.

ok, so it is a manual thing then. Everytime I switch computer user accounts, I just manually change the ip. I dont understand the MAC address thing. I have a PC, so guessing it doesnt matter for me anyway. I am fine with the manual change as I am NO computer person and dont have patience for that sorta thang. Thanks all!
