Default New Startup - OfferMe (au)

Offerme.com.au

Does anyone know much about this site? I stumbled across it on google ads and it looks promising. They havent launched yet, it looks like theyre trying to tap into ebays market and add some new features. From what I gather, sellers find buyers who are interested in particular product categories and target them directly. 60 days til launch.

Edit: Not sure if its AU sellers only yet.

----------------------------------------

OfferMe uses a revolutionary new system. Customers list what they want to buy on our website, then OfferMe's super engine groups them together by product. As a seller, you will be able to see the exact number of potential customers who want the products you sell. All you have to do is send them your best offer. No more letter box drops and no more expensive advertising campaigns.Your potential customers are presented to you by OfferMe, FREE!

Through OfferMe you can see how many potential customers there are for any of the products you sell. The days of dealing with one customer at a time or auctioning one item per week are over. Trading online at OfferMe.com.au means that your best offer gets sent to your potential customers with the click of button. If your offer is irresistible, you'll be able to make many sales all at once. Every sale has the potential to be a big sale! Moving your stock quickly and selling to people all over the world is no longer a dream. Your business growth and earning potential is unlimited.

There are no listing fees, no membership fees, no contracts. We only charge a small fee once a sale has gone through. At Offerme, our policy is No Sale, No Charge. It's 100% risk free for sellers. Any other e-commerce platform will charge you listing and promotional fees, it doesn't matter if you make a sale or not. If you do make a sale, another hefty final value fee may be charged as well. We know running your own online business can cost big money. After Google Ad-Word charges, price comparison sites click-through charges, search engine optimisation consultant fees and press advertising costs, your profit margins are dramatically reduced. By selling on OfferMe.com.au you will encounter no marketing fees, no hidden charges, no advertising costs. Your earnings are ALL YOURS.

Looks like it could turn out to be quite an exciting idea. It's great to see they are already marketing the website, and getting people talking about it.

I'm intrigued to see it, I think it could have a very snazzy look to it..

Oh yea, and I also wanted to say it's really not fair, you guys have already got Oztion, and now this! What about us poor Brits? =(
