adding ebay vcc, can i use old paypal?

it will not let me use my paypal as reinbursement, will this be a problem when setting up a listing if i add a ebay vcc?

i used this paypal on many accounts, i just want to sell something quickly and dont have the cash to buy a new paypal and ebay.

I'm confused, a lot. Let me ask some questions.

1. Do you have a CC on file with that Paypal Account?
2. You said, "You used this Paypal on many accounts", are the Ebay Accounts that you attached this Paypal account dead or alive?
3. If your answer is Yes to Question #2, You need to start from scratch. That means New Ebay to a NEW Paypal.

yes the accounts are dead. i mean if i had VCC for the reimbursement, will i still be able to list?

How will it not let you use PayPal for reimbursement? All my accounts let me use PayPal.

i guess because it was associated with an old seller account. says this cannot be linked for it or something.
