How do you list without a verified paypal account
 

I have been selling on ebay for years through many different accounts. When I started listing on new accounts last week. I was informed to please add verified paypal account to continue to list.

I do use the modee method and don't pay fees because I never know when the next suspension is coming.

I have a merchant account, auction checkout account, ccnow account, and google checkout. I do not have a verified paypal account.

Creating a verified paypal account is not an issue. I would not mind creating 10 just to be safe.

My issue is verifyng the SSN which will occur when the accounts are making any real money and I attempt to withdraw more then $500 within a 30 day period. How do I do this when using a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name?

Is there a way to add a verified paypal account and not accept paypal or remove it before the payments come in?

Looking for answers on how I can continue to list.

Well unfortunately you'll have to use a real name and obtain that person's ssn in case you need it. Is this what paypal is doing now? They're freezing ppl's accounts when they start accepting money and then try to withdraw? If Ebay is forcing ppl to use paypal then this might be the end for alot of new sellers. Same thing happened to me using a 5 month old account.

I am going to create verified paypal accounts. I will change the email address in paypal as well as in ebay every 3 days so that paypal receives little or no payments.

It is a simple bulk edit in auctiva and change the checkout option with the email address

Then I will invoice from my merchant account or ccnow.

Sole proprietors are eligible for an EIN, that will work just like a ssn, and you can get it easy too.
I am also in the prcess of setting backup accts and looking for options on this.
