Another question sorry guys.
 

Ok so i will explain all i want to know right here. I only sell very small amounts of stuff on my legit ebay account. I lost my selling rights to this account, but i can still buy. Since my limits were like 50/5,000 or 100/5,000 i dont think i ever entered my ss #.

So my question is now that i have a new ip address and i get a po box and a new legit bank account can i get legit accounts? Is it possible that i never entered my ss # into ebay and paypal? I didnt have any limits on paypal i dont think? i dont remember if i did or not.

If your account on Paypal was limited you would see RED Text all over the place

yep you can start selling legit if you have a new address, ip, bank and credit card. Try for a real address rather than a P.O box if you can. Remember to have both a new paypal and ebay with same information. Start slow and let the account age as if you are new to ebay.

it does not matter if you did not enter your SSN# as if the address or other information is the same then you will get linked. SSN# will come in later when you have sold over a certain threshold.

Ok man i plan on doing that luckily my dads getting a new house so i can use that address. Also does the address on my bank account have to match my address on paypal and ebay?
