OK this may be a stupid question,

I keep seeing, reading that when opening up a new stealth account do not sell for 30 days right? well I can't figure out HOW to start a seller account WITHOUT listing at least one item, I usually list something that won't sell, over priced VHS tape or old flash light or something, How do you register as a seller without starting to sell an item???????

i believe people are just letting an account age for 30 days, then turning it into a seller. just a guess
