Setting up a PO Box

So im currently using ebay/paypal not in my name.
I wanted to get a po box and was wondering which ones are the best?
UPS,USPS etc.
Do i make po box in my name or the name im using with ebay?

Any advice would be really appreciated.

UPS works well for receiving stuff in different names.

USPS can be b*tchy about packages not in your name...so I have heard (I have not tried a USPS pob since 2000 though)

The cheapest P.O. Box is Check Cashing places that offer P.O. Boxes. I pay $10/month in 3 month intervals.

you can use usps for items in a different name as long as they fit in the box. just add the name to the application, there are about 5 other names you can put. if it does not fit into the box or needs signature confirmation, this will not work

thanks alot guys, ive just looked around and UPS seems really good since they give you an actual address and not a box number.
I really appreciate the help.
