New email from ebay about class action

Just got a email from ebay saying that unless you opt out of a privacy agreement, you will not be able to be part of a class action lawsuit. Interesting that someone posted a class action suit the other day

I got a check in the mail a couple months ago from a lawsuit on listing fees from 2001. lol. It was for less than one dollar. P.S. They will send the check if you are included in the lawsuit to you stealth name.
