OMG now what will happen..
 

My friend list an item in ebay for test.. but some one buy it and for that it cost is $990
My friend got too excited by seeing $990 so he decided to withdrawn all money..

Now buyer open dispute.. and he has no money in pp. So now what will happen? Is there any police risk?

So you are saying your friend listed an item that he didnt have/own for $990 and then he withdrew the money from paypal?

If the buyer opened a case, paypal will hold the funds in paypal, if there are no funds, your paypal account will go into -$990, because ebay will refund the buyer and you will have to clear the negative balance with paypal, otherwise eventually your account will get closed and you will have a debt collecter calling you 24/7 until its paid.

Yes there's police risk. You better tell him to return the money or he's going to go to jail and be labeled a thief for the rest of his life.

What your friend has done is considered FRAUD (sale under false pretenses)

If you get reported to the police, the police will call you and give you a chance to pay for your parcel, if you do not they will take it further.
If you have multiple cases opened against you, they will just show up unannounced.
At least, Thats what happens in South Africa lol..

Listen, OP, we do NOT help friends especially with bad stories.

If your friend has a problem tell him to join the forum to tell the full story.
