eBay dispute buyer wants receipt
Good morning everyone. I have an eBay dispute where the buyer bought Office Pro Plus 2010 from me. After the listing was sold on eBay and the buyer paid, the listing was pulled said a request by MS because "software offered for sale is in violation of an enforceable license agreement, which constitutes a copyright infringement." I still shipped the item to the buyer with the a copy of the receipt emailed to me from MS. I blacked out my personal information being name, address, price, cc info, and order number. The buyer receives it and opens a dispute on eBay saying that he received the product just fine, the DVD looks legit, the key looks legit but he wants a copy of the receipt emailed to me from MS without information blacked out or he wants a refund. No where in my listing did I put that I will send the receipt, I sent it with the info blacked out just to be kind and now it has come back to bite me in the ...
I would send the original email to him but this is a stealth account obviously which is why I blacked out all the info, even the order number. I'm so paranoid I don't even want them to have the order number because I think they can get my real info with that. So I'm kinda thinking that I will just let eBay resolve it there way but I never had good fortune there (they never side with sellers from what I have experienced). Should I send him the order number, which is what I think he is complaining about the most.
