Customer Service Article - VERY WORTHWHILE!

I came across an article about customer service that I thought was worth sharing:

There are many posts on this forum that indicate some people have NO IDEA how to deal with customers and that leads to suspended accounts and much frustration. Hopefully, this article can help with some ideas of how to handle and how NOT to handle customer service.
