Paying On DHGATE

I used to use paypal to purchase my things from dhgate, but they have no removed that option, I changed my payment option to using my Barclays debit without knowing there was a 2.99% foreign exchange rate, im strugling to find a good alternative any debit cards you know with a 0% foreign exchange rate or a credit card with high limit which could give reward for spending and paying back? Thanks.
