Hi, I'm in the UK, if you just read through all the info here and apply it all to the letter it works perfectly...new ebay account, new verified paypal account, tel verification, everything.

It's all here if you just sift through!
Obviously it helps if you've been around ebay a while and have a rough idea of what's going on but all the finer points are in these forums.

Yep, that and in eBay Stealth. We put all the information found in the forums into eBay Stealth and more. It's updated often and perfect for a beginner.
