Using a prepaid phone for an international eBay account?

I live in the U.S., but I make International eBay accounts. Can I use a prepaid phone to verify them?

You make international ebay accounts? so how do you verify them? or you haven't?
Also, why are you making stealth accounts in other Countries?

I've verified everything but the phone numbers.. But you can easily get an international vcc, bank account, etc. There are differences how eBay accounts work in each country. Like Canada usually has higher selling limits.

Google a service on the net that provides the appropriate number - you will likely needed appropriate phone number with area code for that specific country registration
