Need advice , help please
hello there, i hope you can help me
I sold three statues on ebay unfortunately to a same buyer(non us buyer), he pay for all of them(we are talking about US1,500.00 plus 3 different shipping prices), i receive the money through paypal and immediately transfer the money to my bank account, and then one week later the buyer contact me ask me for full money refund complaining about scratches and chips on each statue ,of course he is lying, because i sent these statues in a perfect condition with extra protection...
(is much more probability win the "powerball" than get three damages statues from three differents packagings with same destination). So he open a case for "item is not as described" on each one, of course he win all cases and now i have to refund his money, but the problem is that money is not in my bank account any more because i use all on medical expenses. Now my paypal balance is in NEGATIVE for more than US$1,600.00.
eBay is waiting for the buyer return the statues to me to make the full money refund What can i do?, can i block eBay and paypal from my bank account, or close my bank account and open a new one to avoid the money refund? What is the worst thing can happen if i do that? Please help me. Thank you! |
