Unpaid item dispute that can be closed right away?

I have encountered a buyer that has a lot of warnings in her feedback from sellers that say that she has a habit of bidding and not paying.. and even worse.. claiming she has not received the item to get a refund.

Now.. she has bid very high on one of my items.. 3x it's worth and i just know she is not going to pay.

I read somewhere on this forum (but could not find it again) that if i open an unpaid item dispute after a certain amount of time, i will be able to close it right away, without her having the chance of still paying. How much time is that. Does anyone know? Thanks a lot. I really don't want her to pay... i just know she will be claiming she has not received it.

Basically, you have to wait for 4 days to be able to open unpaid item case.
Then another 4 days to close the case for FVF credit which is also might prevent buyer from to leave feedback.
If you open cancel transaction case, buyer can either deny or accept it. However, they will be able to leave you any feedback they want.
If the item she bid on hasn't ended, you can cancel her bid, and add her to blocking list.
It will prevent her from bidding in future.

***small correction, 4 days wait and 3 days after that to close.

Do what everyone says, cancel bid and block.

The auction is over and she has won the item, so i won't be able to cancel her bids. :(

Thanks for your answers.
I know that if you wait a certain amount of time, an opened dispute can be closed right away, thus giving the customer no time to pay.

I am not opening a dispute now as i don't want to scare her into paying.

Just send some payment reminder through eBay message from day 2 after auction end. After 4 days, you can open unpaid item and wait for 4 days (my unpaid item opened yesterday, 10/10 and buyer has 4 days on 10/14 to pay for the item) to close the case and get FVF back.
