Is that any problem my account is from U.S , using U.S IP address by VPN , but the item location is from other country ?

Or mark ship from U.S is better ?

I think that for the best experience you can have, you have to use a VPS service. Google it.

VPS makes it look like the IP is in another local
Hence, you need a VPS.

Ebay/ppl hates hidden IPs which will lead to almost instant ban on a sellers account. :spy:

All VPS providers work fine for me. Get the cheapest Windows one. I don't know how to configure the cheaper Linux servers.

I just buy the cheapest Linux OpnVZ VPS (but with at least 512MB RAM preferably), install a GUI and use VNC to access it. Then it's as good as any Windows box for me.

Was hoping someone would chime in. Some dude posted some info on how to do it, bit didn't work for me.

Yeah you'd need a VPS but I hate when sellers pretend that they're located in the US and ship from Hong Kong or China or overseas

Well I doubt they could do that for long, as the buyer would end up paying import duty and leave neg

This is just what US sellers have to face.

I sell from a few different countries. We ship out of Hong Kong, UK and Australia.

When i list on ebay it always brings up a warning about item location misrepresentation. The problem is i list in different locations on the same account. I have been doing this for over 3 years and have never been banned or limited. I guess if you are truly shipping from the location you state and the feedback supports it that you will not have a problem.

I wont buy account from U.S what if my hk account restrict , is trouble open a new account in hk , they need many information approve .

Get your dedicated VPS IP and go stealth from there.

IF you use HK IP, get a different IP than the one you were using

I think it's a problem with HK IP to have US registered info - get US IP

Well I think Paypal are getting more relaxed about overseas IP. I have been successfully logging in from a country that should raise a huge red flag. After all, on Paypal UK's new front page it says "pay how you want, when you want, where you want"

I wouldn't be so sure though, I personally still use VPN. Would.be wise to make an account to test if its ok with foreign ip.
