ebay 21 day new seller holds.. HOW LONG FOR?

Hi I noticed when listing any item on my new account i have a 21 day hold.. how long does this period of them holding my money last for? is it 90 days from my first sale or 90 days from opening my account? or neither? :/ thanks in advance
