I get this message when emailing a seller and I contact him from different accounts and always get that so I doubt he has blocked my username because I never have bought from him. What can be the reason? Does he have blocked specific qualities of bidders?

The sellers has put a thing on that they wont accept any questions from buyers. I dont know how to do it, maybe check in your account profile area. If they have it on you cant message them.
