So my limits have been reset for the month.....
 

but I cant seem to list anything under "computers". It says ive reached my max for this month that i need to wait 30days, or confirm my id to get an increase.

I get this under two accounts. yikes? I managed to list something that wasnt in the catalog so I put it under another category. And its not like the accounts were equal in sales. One was double the items.

new accounts can only sell a certain limit of certain items, you should wait a while maybe you will be able again to sell.

but the new account hasnt even sold half what the old account did. Both are under 90days. maybe its because ebay is still updating? Should I give it a day? make more accounts in the mean time?

that category limit isnt specific to the 1st of the month it resets 30 days after the last time you sold an item in that category

certain categories can sell a certain amount every 30 days. And the 30 days start from the date you sold the said item in that cat.

While your limits for how much you can sell resets every month, the limits on WHAT you sell is reset after the 30 days you sell it from.

Ex: You have 10/1000 limits = resets on the 1st of the month.
Ex: You sell a cell phone on the 15th of the month = you can sell another cell phone on the 15th of next month and NOT at the 1st of the month

Do not list outside of category. That will get you suspended. Especially if competitors see this.

The limits are not consistent across both accounts then. Maybe it has something to do with one is over 30days and one is over 60days so far. But I have sold almost double under one account.
