Hey guys I found a way to contact ebay without getting on the phone and without using ip relay as well or without needing to be in uk or aus to get the live chat. If she lifts my limits....I'll tell you guys how to contact them personally *some of you may know what Im talking about* Hopefully this rep will answer by tonight *EST time* Wish me luck!
