Newbie question - Stealth accounts...
 

Hi people I am really new to this forum, so ill start out by saying hi :P

I am also new to the stealth Ebay/Paypal concept, Ebay have screwed me over pretty much and im trying to find more detailed information on what exactly is a stealth Ebay/Paypal. I have a rough idea but cant really find any detailed information on what exactly they are and how you use them, and am finding the whole concept daunting.

If someone could explain what exactly a stealth Ebay is and how they are used that would be awesome.
